Sun Valley, Idaho is home to America's oldest and grandest ski resort in North America. Summer time in Sun Valley, Idaho is not so bad either with golf, tennis, mountain biking, fishing and many other outdoor pursuits available. The Sun Valley Ice Shows are world famous. Ketchum, located just a mile from Sun Valley is a fun resort town with plenty of shops to explore and around 60 different restaurants to enjoy. There is always something interesting going on. Just down the road from Ketchum and Sun Valley you'll find World Famous Hailey, Idaho. We won't tell you why Hailey is World Famous, you'll just need to visit to find out.
Airlines which serve Sun Valley are Horizon and Skywest. The closest airport is in World Famous Hailey (SUN), just 12 miles away (this is also our home base). Next is Twin Falls (TWF), about a two hour drive away. Boise, our State Capitol is the final gateway to Sun Valley, at three hours away. You may also ride the train to Shoshone, about an hour away.
