What all that means, in laymen's terms, is that there are nutrients, trace minerals, and other beneficial substances contained in the fossilized remains of the vegetation from prehistoric times that were "locked up" in lignite coal. The patented treatment of the lignite frees up the good, rich, nutrients contained in the lignite coal, from the harmful substances also contained in the coal. Untreated lignite is not safe for human consumption. The nutrients extracted from the lignite through this patented process, however, are safe for human consumption (even the FDA has concluded this is true).
What Dr. Willard found out was that his treatment of the lignite (with a much more concentrated version of the catalyst concentrate than is ever sold) seemed to "sort of mimic" what nature does to lignite coal which has been exposed to the elements over hundreds or thousands of years. Lignite so "exposed" is weathered over all those years and becomes what is known as "leonardite." That is not to say that the treated lignite contained in LS-90 is leonardite, but the effect of nature over thousands of years on lignite is the removal of those harmful elements, just as the patented process does.
Nature's resulting leonardite has been used very successfully as a livestock feed, and also as a fertilizer-type- product, due to the rich nutrients it contains. Doctor Willard said that watching his patented treatment process under a microscope enabled you to see the "CAW just tearing that lignite apart – converting the harmful substances, and resulting in a very rich nutritional-type product."
LS-90 is a catalyst. By catalyst, we mean the amount of the micelle contained in the concentrate. What’s a micelle? Good question. The micelle is the "heart" of LS-90. . . it's what causes the change in the water that the concentrate is added to, and what's referred to as the catalyst effect.
Most people regard the catalyst effect of the product as the most important aspect of it’s unique qualities. However, there is no denying the importance of nutrients and trace minerals especially, we would think, those nutrients and trace minerals that would be as "rich" as those in the vegetation from prehistoric times when they were grown on virgin soil, still rich in those nutrients compared to today's soils which have been used over and over again for centuries and have therefore had much of their nutritional value depleted.
There is no denying the effect this unique product has on plants. It is unmistakable. Add some to your house plants. Another good way to see the effect of the altered water is to add a little to your pets water. Within days your pets' coat will feel like a fine fur. We don’t know if it is the catalytic effect or those nutrients and things from ages past, but something is causing something to happen. Try these two experiments yourself, you’ll see the difference.
