Technical data, such as that contained in patents, is generally pretty "dry" reading. Anyone interested in using Catalyst Altered Willard Water on their crops, plants, livestock or other animals however, will undoubtedly find the following material (taken directly from the language in the Patents themselves) to be very interesting reading. . . possibly even "downright EXCITING!"
As you review this material, keep in mind that the United States Patent Office will not issue a patent if it is not convinced that the invention does what the patent claims it does. That's why there have been inventors locked in lawsuits with the Patent Office for literally years. . . the Patent Office refused to issue their patents because it said the invention didn't do what was claimed.
One question which might come to you as you read some of the material is, "Aren't WE (human beings) warm-blooded animals?" The answer, of course, is YES.
The next question we are usually asked is, "then why can't you make these same therapeutic type claims for people?" The answer is that those claims regarding "warm-blooded animals" were made to the satisfaction of the U.S. Patent Office, but as we always point out, efficacy tests required to prove such uses in a medical sense, to Food & Drug Administration standards, have (for lack of time and money) never been done. Therefore, we still make no claim and emphasize that nothing in this material should be construed as scientific proof of the product's efficacy for any such uses. All we know is that for over 30 years, users have "perceived" similar benefits. Either it is mass dilusion over 30 years or something is happening here.
Dr. John Willard was issued 21 U.S. Patents. We're summarizing, via direct quotes from the Patents themselves, the ones that are of particular interest to those involved with crops, plants, and animals.
Let's look at the Patent language relating to "warm blooded animals", as approved and issued by the U.S. Patent Office, from a few of the patents on Catalyst Altered Willard Water. (All emphases within the quotations from the Patent Abstracts are ours.)
PATENT No. 4,059,691
"Method of Reducing the Incidence of Infectious Diseases
and Relieving Stress in Livestock"
The Abstract says, in part:
ABSTRACT
"The incidence of infectious disease in livestock is reduced and/or stress is relieved by providing the livestock
with drinking water containing a catalytically effective amount of a unique catalyst. In a preferred variant, the
drinking water may also contain lignite which has been pre-treated with the catalyst until it is soluble. . . The
invention is also useful in obtaining better utilization of feed and for other purposes.
22 Claims, No Drawings."
PATENT No. 4,315,917
"Method of Treating Cannibalism in Poultry"
The Abstract on this Patent includes:
ABSTRACT
"The incidence of infectious disease in poultry is reduced and/or anti-social behavior is controlled by
providing the poultry with drinking water containing a catalytically effective amount of a unique catalyst. In a
preferred variant the drinking water may also contain lignite which has been pre-treated with the catalyst until
it is soluble. . . The invention is also useful in obtaining better utilization of feed and for other purposes.
22 Claims, No Drawings."
PATENT No. 3,984,540
"Method of Therapeutically Treating Damaged and/or Infected Tissue
in Warm Blooded Animals and
Compositions Therefor"
From the Abstract we read:
ABSTRACT
"Tissue in warm blooded animals which is damaged and/or infected is treated by administering a
therapeutically effective amount of a novel catalyst or synergist. The treatment is effective in relieving stress
and/or shock. In a further variant warm blooded animals having damaged and/or infected tissue are treated
with a composition containing a therapeutically effective amount of at least one antibiotic and an effective
amount of the catalyst or synergist.
38 Claims, No Drawings."
PATENT No. 4,029,770
"Method of Therapeutically Treating Damaged and/or Infected Tissue
and Relieving Stress and Shock in
Warm Blooded Animals"
The Abstract reads in part:
ABSTRACT
"Tissue in warm blooded animals which is damaged and/or infected is treated by administering a
therapeutically effective amount of a novel catalyst or synergist. The treatment is effective in relieving stress
and/or shock. In a further variant warm blooded animals having damaged and/or infected tissue are treated
with a composition containing a therapeutically effective amount of at least one antibiotic and the catalyst or
synergist. Novel therapeutic compositions are provided which contain at least one antibiotic and an effective
amount of the catalyst or synergist.
18 Claims, No Drawings."
PATENT No. 4,061,734
"Method of Therapeutically Treating Warm Blooded Animals and Compositions Therefor"
The Abstract says, in part:
ABSTRACT
"Tissue in warm blooded animals which is damaged and/or infected is treated by administering a
therapeutically effective amount of a composition containing a novel catalyst and water soluble catalyst
treated lignite. The treatment is also effective in relieving stress and/or shock. In a further variant, warm
blooded animals having damaged and/or infected tissue are treated with a composition containing
therapeutically effective amounts of at least one antibiotic, the novel catalyst, and the catalyst treated lignite.
Novel compositions are provided which contain therapeutic amounts of at least one antibiotic, the catalyst,
and the catalyst treated lignite.
54 Claims, No Drawings."
